Mas Olivier


40% old Carignan, 30% Syrah, 30% Grenache.


Carbonic maceration for Syrah and Carignan, with a long fermenting periof in vat for the Grenache. 40% of the blend is aged in oak barrels for 6 to 8 months.

Food pairings

Ideal for genuine cooking such as “Potée auvergnate”, lamb ribs with herbs, Bourguignon beef stew and hard cheese.


The wine shows a deep ruby robe with garnet glints. The nose shows blackcurrant and ripe cherry aromas combine with delicate woody notes and spices. The palate is supple and elegant, and lifted by pleasantly lingering woody notes. The red fruits flavours assail the palate while keeping very silky tannins. The final reveals a good length.
