Origin

This rude and stony terroir where the schist bursts as many flashes of silver light-ning, is located in our scrubland. Here, the Mediterranean grapes flourish. 

Grapes

Syrah 25%, Grenache 25%, Carignan old vines 50% (over 35 years old).

Winemaking

Fermentation under temperature control at 28°C with daily-pumping over.

Food pairings

Poultry, grilled meals and cheeses.

Tasting

Brilliant ruby colour. Nose with touches of soft spices and laurel, followed by crisp red fruits notes (cherry, blackcurrant). Velvety wine, expressive, silky and easy drinking.
