Origin

In the heart of Languedoc, this vineyard blossoms between the Mediter-ranean and Cevennes, on clay-limestone soil. 

Grapes

50% Cinsault, 50% Grenache. 

Winemaking

The juicy, pretty bunches are directly pressed. The juice obtained is vinified at a low temperature to preserve the aromas. 

Tasting

This blend is dressed in a beautiful light pink robe and expresses pomegranate notes. Intense at first our Grenache is supple in the mouth. The lingering finish is fine and fruity. Ideal for a pre dinner or cocktail hour, this Rosé is the ideal guest at your summer table ! Food friendly, it pairs wonderfully with Mediterranean foods and seafood's based dishes. Best Served at 10°C.
