Organic Mas Olivier - Rosé

Origin

A handful of winegrowers is committed to organic farming since 2009. These small cuvées are issued from grapes harvested at their optimum phenolic ripeness to reveal the best of their terroir.

Grapes

Cinsault 60%, Grenache 40%.

Winemaking

After destemming and direct pressing, wine is then vinified at low temperature and then blended post fermentation.

Food pairings

Provencal tapas (tapenade, anchovies dip, aubergine dip) Moussaka.

Tasting

Pale peach skin colour with vibrant strawberries aromas with hints of watermelon and guava. The palate offers sweet berry fruits and ends with a dry, precise and mineral finish.
